CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT
We hope you are happy with your order, but in on the rare occasion that you're not we offer a 30 day refund policy.
When requesting a replacement please ensure your request :
- Your order number.
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- Item does not fall within exclusions below.
- Replacement request is made within 30 days of delivery date.
- Your request is within 30 days of delivery.
EXCLUSIONS FOR REPLACEMENT
Sadly we cannot guarantee* free replacement of items which apply to the following:
- We cannot replace products where you have mentioned misuse of the product (E.g. cultivation of those species) you will be issued a refund providing no other exclusions apply.
- Items which have been misused, improperly stored or damaged whilst in your care.
- Items which have been disposed of without photographic evidence of issues.
- Changing mind on colour, flavour etc or things not pertaining to quality, integrity or performance.
- Your request is outside the 30 day delivery period.
