Refund policy

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

We hope you are happy with your order, but in on the rare occasion that you're not we offer a 30 day refund policy.

When requesting a replacement please ensure your request :

  1. Your order number.
  2. Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  3. Item does not fall within exclusions below.
  4. Replacement request is made within 30 days of delivery date.
  5. Your request is within 30 days of delivery.

EXCLUSIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

Sadly we cannot guarantee* free replacement of items which apply to the following:

  1. We cannot replace products where you have mentioned misuse of the product (E.g. cultivation of those species) you will be issued a refund providing no other exclusions apply.
  2. Items which have been misused, improperly stored or damaged whilst in your care. 
  3. Items which have been disposed of without photographic evidence of issues.
  4. Changing mind on colour, flavour etc or things not pertaining to quality, integrity or performance.
  5. Your request is outside the 30 day delivery period.
